rollback ur FOLDER OPTIONS....works gud for XP

To get folder options:

1) go to run in start menu

2) type gpedit.msc in run command

3) a window will open named 'group policy' . below that click on 'user configuration'

4)in 'user configuration ' click on 'administrative templates'

5) in administrative templates ,click on 'windows components'.

6) in 'windows components ,click on 'windows explorer'

7) a list of options will present on right side of the window. click on

'remove folder options menu item from tools menu' and click on

'disabled' and then press 'OK' and exit from the group policy window.
